École d’été franco-égyptienne : “Sustainable Soundscape: Towers and Courtyards in Dense Urban Form”

A l’École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Grenoble
Dans le cadre d’une collaboration scientifique franco-égyptienne entre l’équipe Cresson – Laboratoire Ambiances Architectures Urbanités, École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Grenoble et le Département d’Architecture, d’Urbanisme et du Paysage de la Faculté de Polytechnique, Université d’Ain Shams au Caire, se tiendra une 1ère Ecole d’Eté intitulée “Sustainable Soundscapes: Towers and Courtyards in Dense Urban Form”. Elle traitera de l’ambiance sonore d’éco-quartiers à Grenoble et à Lyon et accueillera vingt-cinq étudiants égyptiens.
Cette première manifestation scientifique est organisée par Noha Gamal SAID ELGHAWABY, maître de conférences au Département d’Urbanisme à la Faculté de Polytechnique – Université d’Ain Shams et chercheure associée à l’équipe Cresson – Laboratoire AAU – ENSA Grenoble.

This letter addresses a Franco-Egyptian scientific collaboration between Cresson research center- AAU laboratory – Grenoble School of Architecture and Department of Architecture, Urbanisme and Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Engineering – Ain Shams University in Cairo. The first collaboration is a one-week summer school entitled « Sustainable Soundscapes: Towers and Courtyards in Urban Dense Form », tackling the sonic ambiances of eco-disctricts in Grenoble and Lyon. In this context, we have selected twenty-five Egyptian students to participate in this thematic school.
This first scientific event is organized by Noha SAID ELGHAWABY, assistant professor at the Department of Urban Design and Urban Planning – Faculty of Engineering – Ain Shams University and associate researcher at Cresson research center- Laboratory AAU – ENSA Grenoble.
